A: We specialize in printing services and do not offer design services. However, we can guide you on the necessary specifications for your artwork. Please ensure your design is ready for print and send us the final files before proceeding with the printing process.
Q: How can I get a quote?
A: To provide you with an accurate quote, please provide us with the following details: the size, number of pages, material, printing colors, type of binding, quantity, and any special requirements for your print job.
Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our digital printing MOQ is 2 units and offset press printing MOQ is $500 units. We offer quantity discounts, so the more you order, the lower the per-unit price will be.
Q: What kinds of binding can you do?
A: We offer a variety of binding options, including hard cover binding, perfect binding, saddle stitched binding, wire-o book binding, Board book bound, and flexi-bound.
Q: What are your requirements for customers' files?
A: We prefer to receive files in PDF format. If you have files in other formats, please let us know, and we can advise on compatibility. We require a minimum picture resolution of 300dpi and recommend CMYK color mode for the best print quality.
Q: How should I send you files?
A: You can send your files to us securely via FTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other file-sharing service that you prefer, small files can be sent via email or instant messaging software.
Q: How to make a down payment?
A: We require a 30% deposit to initiate the order, with the balance due before shipping. We accept a variety of payment methods, including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union.
Q: Can you organize shipping to my country?
